That puts a damper on things. So, after several failed attempts and the continued missing of deadlines, Augustus is banished from being a reaper for all of eternity.
He now lives in hiding with Felix a humorous talking skeleton, and Alicia Whimblebright a thirty-ish-year-old witch of Cuban Descent who’s a bit quirky.
It seems he still has the powers he needs to be a grim reaper, and it comes in handy when he finds a body during one of his nightly walks.
Now, he’s scrambling to try and figure out who the victim is before his true identity is revealed.
