Neglected by their house-flipping parents over Christmas break, Franklin and Zoe are thrilled to find a stash of abandoned toys in the decrepit mansion/orphanage their parents are restoring. But when the toys come to life, Franklin and Zoe start getting into trouble, and the house suddenly becomes a very dangerous place for the whole family to live.
