When travelers arrive in Thailand during the pandemic, they must quarantine for 14 days at a hotel run by a secretive manager and staff. As guests begin disappearing, the group is left to wonder if local urban legends about a terrifying creature are true. But no one is prepared for the shocking horror of a hundred-legged monster creeping around the hotel, possessing victims and spawning an army of deadly centipedes.
