At a boarding school for boys a firebrand student goes missing. It’s theorized he may have met with foul play. When his rich father also goes missing, thoughts of a murderous conspiracy abound. When the cops arrive they find a bevy of suspicious characters, all of whom had motives for murder and are hiding dark secrets. Tappert is the wily inspector who casts his net over the whole lot of them, while Fuchsberger is the professor who tries to play detective.
