After troubled twentysomething Max (Pete Davidson) got a live-in custodial gig at a stately old retirement home, his employers had two asks-keep the place immaculate, and stay away from the special-needs fourth floor. As he settles into his duties, though, odd incidents with the place’s troubled residents snowball… and it’ll be too late by the time he tips to it’s uncanny secrets.
