Two American students traveling in Romania become the unwanted obsession of Radu, an ancient vampire determined to make them his consorts. As myth turns to reality, Radu summons his monstrous Subspecies creatures to aid his plan. His brother Stefan, a benevolent vampire, fights to save the women and stop Radu’s bid for power after the murder of their father, King Vlad. The battle between good and evil erupts as Radu attempts to overturn centuries-old vampire tradition.
