A junk removal company is lured to an out-of-state project by a real estate agent promising big bucks to clean out a mansion with a sinister past.

When a junk removal crew takes on a job clearing out a long-abandoned mansion, they expect dust, clutter, and maybe a few creepy antiques. What they don’t expect is the dark presence that lingers within its walls. As unsettling discoveries turn into full-blown terror, the team realizes they’re not alone–and whatever lives here doesn’t want them to leave.

Filmed on location at the historic Strauss Mansion in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, this chilling indie horror from writer / director Troy Burbank (Gone for the Weekend) with a cast that includes Jackie Adragna (Terrifier 2), Ernie O’Donnell (Clerks), Ming Chen (Jay and Silent Bob Reboot) and Ron Millkie (Friday the 13th), will leave you questioning what lurks in the shadows.
