Leo (Macarena Gómez) and her husband Julio (Carlos Bardem) host a small family gathering at their home, joined by Leo’s sister Claudia, her partner Héctor, and their newborn baby, Izan. What begins as an intimate celebration quickly turns into a nightmare when Claudia discovers that both Izan and the nanny, Luciana, have vanished without a trace. As panic spreads through the house, the incident triggers Leo’s unresolved psychiatric trauma, causing her perception of reality to fracture. Trapped between suspicion, guilt, and hallucination, Leo is forced to confront the truth about her family, her past, and her own identity.
