A trio of uninfected women survives only through strict hygiene, scavenging, and constant evasion—but no one can hold out forever.
As paranoia rises and loyalties fracture, the women confront betrayal, sacrilege, and escalating body horror. Wormtown blends dystopian atmosphere with psychological terror, exploring fear, trust, and sanity in a community consumed by parasitic control.
