Deadbeat amateur artist Buzz shows up at a New York office building in hopes of landing a job, but after being humiliated by a sleazy employment agent in front of his glamorous secretary, he snaps. Later that night, he brutally murders the woman, triggering a police manhunt. Desperate and unhinged, Buzz recruits fellow thugs Jo Jo and sadistic crossdresser Goose to storm the office building for cash and drugs. Once inside, the trio unleash a wave of terror—torturing, assaulting, and killing workers—until janitor John, a Vietnam veteran haunted by PTSD, is forced to fight back.
