In “Welcome to Winfield,” two people fleeing an agent of Death (Gerrit Graham) end up in an Old West town that has avoided death for decades. In “Quarantine,” weapons designer Matthew Forman (Scott Wilson) is cryogenically frozen and awakened three centuries later in a post-war world whose people have telepathic powers and have rejected technology.
