Disco Hippo Wonderland is Flamingo City’s number one amusement park, but its corpulent owner, Jans M’jor Discau, is preparing to unleash the most potent drug ever created: Coke45. Agent Clarke Nebraska is on the case, determined to bring Discau down—until her undercover partner Tico Senecoza is captured. Before she can mount a rescue, Tico’s older brother Miquel storms the park guns blazing.
Discau panics, dumping the Coke45 into the hippo enclosure and unleashing chaos before fleeing into the park’s tunnel network. As a marijuana-smoke-fueled hurricane floods the park, Nebraska and Miquel must form an uneasy alliance to stop Discau before he escapes.
