ThanksKilling hits DVD on November 3 through the MVD Rewind Collection, just in time for turkey season. Jordan Downey’s 2008 cult horror-comedy about a wisecracking killer turkey is the kind of gleefully low-budget mayhem that belongs on every holiday watchlist.
A foul-mouthed, wisecracking killer turkey rises from the grave and unleashes chaos on a group of unsuspecting college kids during Thanksgiving break. As the body count climbs, the survivors must outwit a homicidal bird armed with one-liners, disguises, and a taste for revenge. Overflowing with outrageous kills, crude humor, and cult-classic energy, the film embraces its low-budget insanity to deliver a holiday horror-comedy unlike anything else on the table.
STARRING: Aaron Ringhiser-Carlson, Lance Predmore, Lindsey Anderson, Natasha Cordova
