EuroObscura has posted the international trailer for Dark Christmas (Musta Joulu), Keke Soikkeli’s Finnish holiday horror about an influencer gala that turns deadly when a humiliated stand-in Santa starts hunting the guests.
At an exclusive Christmas influencer gala inside a secluded manor, rising social media star Katariina finally gains access to the elite world she’s long dreamed of. But when the evening’s Santa Claus cancels, a mysterious stand-in is hastily brought in—only to be publicly humiliated and turned into viral content.
As the night spirals out of control, humiliation turns to fury. The man in red begins delivering brutal, blood-soaked “gifts” to those who mocked him, stalking the manor’s shadowy halls and turning festive spectacle into a deadly game.
Trapped inside, Katariina must fight for survival while confronting the ghosts of her past, as influencers are hunted down one by one—victims who can’t seem to stop posting, even as they die.
