Parents suspect drugs are behind their missing daughter and hire a private investigator to get her back. The reality, however, is much worse: a horrific amphibian attack has infected the girl with mutagenic disease. As the P.I. begins to connect her disappearance to unethical scientists and a secret laboratory, the disease takes its course, transforming her into a hideous monster and murderer.
