Desperate to finish her graduate thesis on the paranormal, a young researcher thinks she’s struck gold when she gains access to a notorious estate with a blood-soaked history. But when they discover an ancient, weathered spirit board hidden within the house, their research project turns into a brutal nightmare. By opening a door to the other side, they’ve invited a malevolent entity into our world – one that plays by its own deadly rules.
