For the sake of her ill daughter, Olivia, a single mother, is forced to take an entry-level job at a call center. The historic building where she works has a shady past and is reputed to be haunted. One night, Olivia encounters Nerisa, a lost ten-year old girl, in the restroom. As soon as Olivia tries to help the girl, strange things begin to happen in the office. With each new occurrence, evidence starts to suggest there may be a ghost on the premises.
